About us

At the Foot of Mt. Asama, Beside a Gentle Stream.

Living and dining area with a solid-wood table and sofa, opening onto the wooden deck and the wood-fired sauna

Kitakaruizawa, Gunma.
At the foot of majestic Mt. Asama, surrounded by pristine forest and a crystal-clear mountain stream, Noël Kitakaruizawa Forest is a private villa tucked quietly into the highlands.

Step through the gate and enter a world where the rustling trees and gentle flow of water are the only sounds. At around 1,100 meters above sea level—and roughly 10°C cooler than central Tokyo—even the air feels crisp and pure.
Bathed in natural light from expansive windows, the interior blends refined Scandinavian design with thoughtful functionality. Its quiet, serene atmosphere gently invites you to slow down and unwind.

Step onto the spacious 70-square-meter wooden deck, where a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, imported directly from Estonia, await. Warm yourself deeply, then step into the mountain stream flowing just beyond the deck. Surrounded by forest and water, the boundaries between you and nature begin to fade—a deeply restorative experience found only here.

Leave the noise of the city behind and reconnect with nature in its purest form. The time you spend here is entirely your own.
