Basic Rules
  • No loud noise: Please refrain from any loud noise that may disturb neighbors. Especially from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, the use of the wood deck, sauna, and BBQ is strictly prohibited.
  • No smoking: Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors (including electronic cigarettes).
  • No pets: Pets are not allowed.
  • Stay hours: Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM
Requests During Your Stay
  • Please present a valid ID at check-in. This is a government requirement; failure to do so may result in refusal of stay.
  • Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in your reservation.
  • Please dispose of garbage in the room’s trash bins or garbage bags.
  • Fireworks, bonfires, and the use or bringing in of charcoal grills are strictly prohibited.
  • Soiling, damaging, or removing facility items, as well as any actions causing disturbances to the facility or neighbors, are prohibited.
  • No shoes are allowed indoors.
  • Please treat the space with care as if it were your own home, and perform basic self-cleaning (light cleaning) before check-out.

Coexisting with Nature

This facility is located in a nature-rich area of Kita-Karuizawa.
As such, insects (such as ants, praying mantises, centipedes, etc.), spiders, and wild animals (such as wild boars, masked palm civets, monkeys, snakes, and geckos) may be present around the property throughout the year.

If you encounter wild animals, please refrain from approaching them or making loud noises that may startle them.
We thoroughly inspect and clean the facility each time, and carry out regular insect control and prevention measures. However, due to the natural surroundings, it is unfortunately not possible to completely prevent the intrusion of insects or wildlife.

We ask for your understanding, as this is part of the experience in such a lush, natural setting.
If you are especially sensitive to insects, we recommend considering other accommodations.

The wood stove is available for three thousand three hundred yen including tax.
