Natural light pours in through the large full-height windows, filling the living room with an unhurried brightness. The interiors are drawn together in a refined, quietly luxurious register that invites you to slow down. Beyond the glass the balcony opens out, furnished with its own sofa and table for a change of air whenever you want one. In the middle of the city, this is a living room that holds calm and comfort in equal measure.

Double beds, queen beds and traditional Japanese futons give you a choice of sleeping styles, with room for up to 16 guests to rest in comfort. Every room is finished in the same calm, quietly refined manner, supporting deep sleep whether you are here for a holiday, an anniversary or a long stay. Because the rooms can be chosen to suit the occasion and the size of your party, they welcome everyone from a single family to a large group.
Room401 has two bathrooms — one full, one half.
The full bathroom pairs a tiled tub with an overhead shower, where a long soak is the surest way to let the journey fall away. The other is fitted with a shower unit and its own vanity, ideal for getting ready quickly. Both have generous wash areas, so even a large party stays comfortable. Combined with the indoor sauna, they make for a fuller, deeper kind of rest.
Room401 has two kitchens: a full kitchen and a basic one.
The full kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker and toaster — everything a long stay or a home-cooked meal requires. Pots, pans, knives and chopping boards are all provided, so a party where everyone brings something, or an unhurried breakfast, comes together with ease.
Beside the living room lies a balcony enclosed by high fencing, private on every side. Several sofas and tables are set out, so you can settle in without a thought for who might be nearby. Take the outdoors at whatever pace the occasion and the mood invite.
Opening onto both the bathroom and the bedroom, the indoor sauna is a private room you can slip into at any hour of your stay. Warm through slowly, then step straight on to the shower or the bath. Afterwards the bed is only a few paces away — which is precisely why the calm runs so deep.

The living room of Room301 is wrapped in the grain of timber and a soft, low light. A wall of vertical wooden slats lends the space its composure, and the noise of the city seems to fall away. The generous L-shaped sofa is arranged so that several people can relax together while keeping a comfortable distance — as at home over conversation after dinner as over an evening spent in front of the television.
Room301 has two bedrooms. The first is modern and grey-toned; its restrained colours and uncluttered composition lead you gently towards a quiet night's sleep. Soft bedding and indirect lighting settle the evening, and morning arrives as daylight filtered through the curtains. The second is a warmer room, defined by its wood-grain finishes — a space where the character of the materials themselves is what puts you at ease.
An immaculate bathroom finished throughout in calm beige tones. With both a bathtub and a washing area, a long soak is yours at any point in the stay. The vanity is simple and easy to use, with everything you need arranged neatly around the mirror — from the morning routine to the last moments before bed, nothing gets in your way.
A practical kitchen that carries you smoothly from preparation through to washing up. A stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator are all provided, so cooking for yourselves during the stay is easy. There is ample counter space, comfortable even when two or three are working side by side. With cookware and cutlery already in place, everything from a simple meal to a proper dinner is within reach.
