Q.未成年だけでの宿泊は可能でしょうか？Can minors stay at the property without an adult?
A.親権者の同意があれば可能です。未成年者のみでの宿泊の場合、当宿では「親権者の同意」があったものとして処理いたします。
It is allowed with parental consent. If minors stay without an adult, we will assume that parental consent has been granted.
Q.キャンセルポリシーを教えてください。Please tell me about your cancellation policy.
A.こちらの特定商取引法ページに記載がございます。ご確認ください。

Q.定員は何名まででしょうか？また定員以上の宿泊は可能でしょうか？What is the maximum number of guests allowed? And is it possible to accommodate more than the stated capacity?
A.定員は7名までとなります。また、定員以上の宿泊は不可となっています。
The maximum capacity is 7 guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than the stated number.
Q.予約後の人数の増減は可能ですか？Is it possible to change the number of guests after making a reservation?
A.原則不可とさせていただきます。やむ終えない理由により人数の増減が発生した場合には、お問い合わせフォームより詳細をお伝えください。
As a general rule, changes to the number of guests after booking are not allowed. If there are unavoidable circumstances that require a change, please contact us with the details via the inquiry form.
Q.公共交通機関のみで施設へのアクセスは可能でしょうか？Is it possible to access the property using only public transportation?
A.最寄りのバス停（北軽井沢駅）から当施設までは険しい山道が続きます。徒歩でのご来館は困難なため、バス停からは必ずタクシーをご利用ください。
The road from the nearest bus stop (Kitakaruizawa Bus Stop) to the property is a steep mountain road. Walking to the property is not recommended, so please be sure to take a taxi from the bus stop.
Q.予約後のキャンセル手続きの方法を教えてくださいHow can I cancel my reservation after booking?
A.予約した際のメールなどをご確認いただき、予約を行った宿泊予約サイトからキャンセル手続きをお願いいたします。当宿にお問い合わせをいただいてもキャンセル手続きはできませんのでご注意ください。
Please refer to the confirmation email you received at the time of booking and complete the cancellation process through the reservation site you used. Kindly note that we are unable to process cancellations directly, even if you contact us.
